As you scroll through the posts, you will find my old posts were workouts and advice to get fit for rugby. At the time, I was living in North Carolina. I was playing and coaching rugby plus coaching CrossFit. I was at the peak of my fitness and I was looking to create an opportunity for others to follow a similar style of training.

As my life has moved on, I’ve had different jobs and different responsibilities. At different times, this has taken away from my pursuit of fitness and I called it a day on my playing time in 2015. So now, this blog is about being who I am now and looking at taking proactive steps to maintain my body in dad life!
