UNCG Rugby Workout, 3/14/11

Sorry for the late post. Charlotte had a tough game yesterday against Boca Raton and I was in terrible shape when I arrived home. This is a huge week, so there are going to be posts today and on Wednesday that will be fairly light and aimed at getting move. This is our opportunity to close out the season on our terms.

Warmup: Run 800m

Metabolic Conditioning: 7 x 40m sprints with 2 minutes recovery.

My thoughts are with all those in Japan who are starting the massive project of resurrecting the area that has been devastated by the earthquake and tsunami.
