UNCG Rugby Workout, 3/7/11

It’s Spring Break, but we still have 2 games left in the season so it will be short an sweet but hard work.

Warmup: 800m Run, 10 Squats

Metabolic Conditioning: Tabata Rotation (20 seconds work of exercise 1, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds work of exercise 2, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds work of exercise 3, rest 10 seconds, 20 seconds work of exercise 4, 10 seconds rest. Repeat this 8 times). Exercises: DB Swing, Pushups, Squats, Situps. It’s 16 minutes of total work.
