UNCG Rugby Workout, 2/24/11

Last workout before the weekend. Time to up the intensity and go fast.

Warmup: 800m Run.

Strength: 3 sets of 8 Front Squat BB

Metabolic Conditioning: 3 sets with 1 minute rest between sets of {10 DB Swings 55#, 20 Pushups, 20 Situps}.

Post loads and total time including rest to comments.

Working hard on thrusters to get my head thru to allow for an active shoulder position with the BB (barbell) overhead.
