UNCG Rugby Workouts, 2/22/11

Today we start getting ready to set our season on the right path.

Warmup: 20 Burpees, 10 Squats, 20 Situps,

Metabolic Conditioning: Complete 3 Rounds as quickly as possible of {2 deadlifts BB 225#, 22 Thrusters 20# DB, 11 Air Squats}. Scale the weight appropriately, there are only 6 heavy deadlifts, but make sure you can do the weight without rounding your back.
