UNCG Rugby Workouts, 2/21/11

It was a tough weekend for everyone this weekend. UNCG found App State to be a handful and Charlotte were overmatched by Life University’s Super League side. I know that everyone is pretty banged up from a physical weekend, but the best way to get rid of the soreness is to move.

Warmup: 5min Row/Bike

Strength: 5 supersets of {5 BB Front Squat & 5 DB Push Press}.

Metabolic Conditioning: 2 x 500m with 4-5min recovery. Push your limits with these rows, everything you have.
