UNCG Rugby Workout, 2/15/11

Time to work off those V-Day dinners and chocolates and start focusing for some massive games this weekend. First matrix game for G Rugby and Charlotte is facing up against Life. It is going to be an epic weekend where stepping up is not an option, so put it in this week at training and we’ll be fine.

Warmup: 3min Row, 20 Squats, 20 Situps, 20 Supermans

Strength: 5 sets of 3 Incline Bench Press DB. Go as heavy as possible, use a spotter to help guide the weight up to the start of the lift.

Metabolic Conditioning: Rounds of 21-36-45 for time of {burpees and situps}.
