The day after Super Bowl Sunday, congrats to the Green Bay Packers you destroyed my Pittsburgh Steelers. Now it’s time for G Rugby to get to work. This week we have a big game and everyone should be fresh and ready for a great week of training.
Warmup: 3min Row/Run/Bike, 10 Front Squats BB, 10 Pushups, 10 Pullups, 10 Shoulder Press BB.
Strength: 3 sets of 5 Thrusters BB, do at least 2 to 3 warmup sets working up to a good weight then increase the weight every set of the 3.
Metabolic Conditioning: Every 3 minutes begin a 500m row, rest for the remainder of the 3 minutes. Do 4 total repetitions (12 minutes).
