UNCG Rugby Workout, 2/3/11

Last workout before this weekend, so get in and out quickly.

Warmup: 10 Pullups, 10 Burpees, 10 Air Squats, 10 Pushups, 10 Hanging Leg Raises

Strength: 4 sets of 8 DB Bent Over Row.

Metabolic Conditioning: Complete rounds of 21-15-9 of {30# DB Thrusters, 50# DB Swing} as quickly as possible.

    WOD: 3:33. Was shooting for sub 4 and really happy i got this time. Was a great quick and explosive workout.
