UNCG Rugby Workout, 1/13/11

Warmup: 2 Rounds of {10 Inch Worms, 10 Squats, 10 Pullups, 10 Situps}

Strength: 5 supersets of 8 deadlift @ 60% of 1RM, 3 Tuck Jumps

Metabolic Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes with 2 DB equal to 35% of your bodyweight {5 DB Deadlifts, 5 DB Hang Cleans, 5 Thrusters}. Scale weight as needed. Do not use more than 35% of your body weight for the combined total of the DB.
