UNCG Rugby Workout, 1/4/10

Warmup: 2 rounds of {10m High Knees, 10m Lunges, 10m buttkickers, 10m inch worm, 10m quicksteps, 10m broad jumps, 10m falling start sprint, 10m 3-point start sprint}

Strength: 5 supersets of 80% 1RM Deadlift & Max distance 3 broad jumps (jump from where you land, don’t move your feet to reset).

Metabolic Conditioning: 3 Rounds of {20 Push Press @ 85# (scale so it is no more than 70% of 1RM), 40 Air Squats}

Post loads, distances jumped and time to comments.
