Strength: 5 sets of 3 Bench Press at 85-95% 1RM followed immeditately by a set of 8 Chin Ups.

Metabolic Conditioning: 3 Rounds of {20 35# DB/KB Swing; 20 Overhead Walking Lunges; 20 Situps}
