UNCG Rugby Workout 9/16/10

Warm-up: 250m, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 squats, 250m row

WORKOUT: Tabata 12 minutes (20 sec work, 10 sec rest). Pushups, situps, squats. Do 20 sec pushups, rest 10 sec, 20 sec situps, rest 10 sec, 20 sec squats, rest 10 sec and repeat until 8 sets of each exercise is done.

Optional run: Run FAST (80%) for 30 sec, jog 30 sec for five minutes then without breaking Spring for 15 sec, jog for 45 sec for five minutes then without resting Run FAST (80%) for 45 sec, jog 15 sec for 2 minutes.

  1. Lost count about 3 or 4 minutes in, but went all out and probably average about 15-20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, and 15 squats.
