UNCG Rugby Workout, 9/12/10

Warm-Up: 10 x Front Squats with bar, 20 x pushups, 20 x situps

Lift: 4 sets of 8 reps Front Squat rest 60 seconds between sets.

Workout: 100 Burpees for time.

Post loads and time to comments.

Optional Run: 20 x 50m begin run every 30 sec, your rest is determined by how quickly you finish the run.

  1. Well after having completed this work out i have come to realize…burpees suck period. Got a time of 6:38 which i am pretty happy with. Did first 38 unbroken ad after that did them in 10s and 12s with one or two 15s in there. Def want to shoot for a sub 6 next time.
